On a serious note, the Larzuk quest tip #32 is incorrect or at least misleading. 'Maximum sockets possible' only applies to white (base) items. Magic items have a 50/50 chance of getting either 1 or 2 sockets.

edit : it'll only increse the shopping speed cause u dont need to check all the staves
