A Game Full of Secret Knowledge Hidden Mechanics Diablo 2 Special

JordanBiserkov: Unless one is trying to achieve something very specific, the 6 skull recipe should be used with Diadems, because they have a special hidden something something (quality level?) and so their item level doesn't decrease with multiple rolls.
