The neverending wardrobe.
Preferably melee character.
Challenge starts around level 10 when you rescue decard cain. All inidentified gear from champions/uniques/super uniques/bosses must be equipped, and replace what you had for the bosskill. Kill countess, armor and sword drops, equip. Kill andariel, dagger and crap armor drop, still equip. Etc. ALL SLOTS. Max 2-5 charms same rules, oldest one sold/thrown.
No control over gear, no runewords. And mercenary can only use what you discard

Naturally you command an army of skeletons. On top of that you have to equip the following item types as soon as you can:
A 2 handed sword, a crown, and an armor that has the skeletal look (so mostly the metal made armors)
The fancy spells shouldn't be allowed, but curses are fair game.
