toshiro-kano: Man, I started playing offline on console and it's rough. But I'll say this. They obviously upped the drop rates of some items cause when I played thousands of hours back in the day on the original I never found a single high rune. I've already found 3 and and IST. First a Vex which immediately went into a HoTO and then a Lo (looking for a really good fort base) and just today I found a Jah while going through the halls of pain.
daniellassander: Good ones are so damned rare, i've crafted thousands of them, its hard to keep track because i was doing a grail run with a Sorc and my MF gear were sorely lacking in FCR so i did craft a sorc amu, but i did that offline so just set the saved file to read only and rolled and rolled and rolled until i got something good, then changed the file to both read and write, used save and exit so it would be saved. I never finished that grail run, have never finished any grail run because Tyraels might just does not exist for me.
