For IAS chance to get 40 is 1/11. For +400 damage it's 1/61. If you multiply both it's 1/671

How much would a perfect one be worth?

I’ve rolled 8 perfect griefs. All on diablo 2 lord of destruction tho… that ain’t shit tho. I have a perfect rolled eth 3 socket tomb reaver. Also have rolled quite a few perfect 15 Ed perfect rolls. Still think the tomb reaver beats everything else tho…
