Endgame Fire Warlock Actually WRECKS, Build Guide Diablo 2 Resurrected

atomicmantis: Idk about anybody else, but as someone who plays casually, I always like seeing the budget builds included. Already found a few decent codexes for budget firelock builds, but like to see what others go with, too.

They do need to increase the speed of the apocalypse animation, and give it more umph on the screen when it hits monsters

rusparmesan: I think, conviction aura level is calculated as monster level / 8, so If you manage to capture a terrorized Hephasto, you should be able to get level 12 conviction

When you do the stats recap in future vids (the part at 0:51), can you hover over the exact strength and dex base points you used given that the gear boosts those values a vague amount? This makes it easier for newer/returning players to align a build with what you're showcasing as they level up.
drdyna: I've been playing fire since the beginning, it's actually amazing gameplay if you get in the rhythm of it, it's a lot like the nova/es sorc, except you can enigma around keeping the ground buttered with fire, and it's super satisfying to throw a flame wave and then teleport ahead of it lol

LiLmEgZ1984: When you pointed out that Phoenix is ass for the build vs Diabolos Book, you are certaintly 100% correct Phil as I tested this same theory... I had the same results! Diablos Book outdoes it by miles!
jexonfreeman481: Thank you for the video Phil. It was interesting to see what other options warlocks can bring to the table, although this build is only viable for expensive gear set up. Which is the issue for those who don't have an opportunity to farm for it.
Pooltergeist1: Ive been playing this build since launch, and it wrecks with endgame gear. If you get to the point where you have full skillers and Renewed Fire Sunder charms in your build, you basicly dont need flame wave for other than bosses and ubers. When you clear forexample Chaos Sanc, just use Apocalypse for big packs with tough elites in them, and use Ring of fire for the monsters around Apocolypse ring. I mostly just use the Ring of fire. It plays like a Nova sorc, with Apocalypse as an additonal massive kill all skill for big density. Ring of Fire is like 1-2 pumps and everything dies anyway. Unless you are on players 8. Than you will need flame wave and mostly use Apocalypse.
Bukakanga: summon tainted gives you resist fire aura, so you can put some points in mastery to get second demon
StevenBarnes-p8w: I finally focused on a build instead of swapping back and forth. I made what I’m calling the ghost busters build. My main focus is using the chains to deal with everything. Obviously abyss for control. Sygil for a triple threat. Just killed hell Andy with zero effort.

Maybe having more -fire res items helps.
SonAlexander: Ive been finding all sorts of fire and lock gear lately, including a latent flame charm a couple nights ago (solo play, terrorized act 3, 450%ish mf)

darkinsanity98473: I've been playing this since the beginning but being offline, it is really a pain that sunders are so hard to get. I'm still doing pretty well, managed to find a Zod, 2 Ber and 2 Jah so far. I want to take this build as far as I can before I potentially try out Echoing Strike. I'm hesitant to do that though since I really don't like playing builds that are going to be nerfed, but if Echoing Strike really is that crazy powerful then hopefully its still really good after a nerf? Depends what they do with it I guess...
FangFrenzy: FF helm and Phoenix is the better combo. Waiting on apoc only is slow. If you can throw out FW effectively it speeds him up. Either way the warlock can use all sorts of gear since he is a tad over tuned. I hope they just leave him there and buff other classes/skills
Mammel248: Really fun build and very fast as well. But the biggest problem I run in to is that it's so much slower on killing single target bosses than echoing strike :( anyone found a solution to that yet?
