How To Enjoy Diablo 2 Again

BigDruu: I am trying offline SP and it has been fun.
schlanker_Bengel: I was tired of playing ladder and started a offline char. That was the best decision in my D2R life.
But after my Amazon hit level 99 my motivation decreased a lot.
Now I don´t really care that much about leveling my chars. After a lot of playing time I nearly got all of the valuable items for me (BotD, Phoenix, Enigma, Infinity, CtA, CoH, Doom,etc. ) which seemed really out of reach then I started my offline "life".
Now I´m trying some "new" builds or just cruise around in the game, because the big goals (99, BiS items) aren´t there anymore. I still enjoy the game but it´s different than before.

PS: Yesterday I found 2x Ko, 2x Lem, Um and Jah rune in just 1,5h of playing Arcane Sanctuary. Total crazy for me! Even tough I don´t need the runes finding a Ber or Jah will forever be a great joy for me. :-)
TheLolers420: D2 was played for 20 years for 2 reasons.

1) selling items to new players for cash.

2) lack of alternatives.

I used to only play ladder before, but since 1 year ago I started playing offline, that is so much fun :D I also always only played blizz sorc straight to meph farming and usually got tired of playing after that or playing a hammerdin. Now I have been leveling other classes and tried other builds, but also started my first ever holy grail. Looking forward to more videos from you!

Helloyaaaay: The most fun in diablo 2 is turning it off and play something that has depth in its design. Not just a mindless grind.
