cynicalex3450: I’m sort of conflicted on whether I want to make a couple mosaics or not. On one hand it is within the bounds of the game and I do want to try it out personally just to experience it. On the other hand it resembles using a cheat code. You know how old games had like a godmode command. I watched a mistalamma video where they took it to like player 1000 . That’s outrageous.
I don’t understand how this even happened. They noticed a design imbalance with the skill tree and decided to fix it by centering it around 1 specific item, didn’t roll it back and the community just went with it? It’s all very strange.

I might take you up on this. I don’t think I’ll be making mosaics.
c4master703: One thjng you could have mentioned: As this build Deals tens of thousands of fire damage to a small area, but only if the monster you are kicking isn't immune to physical damage, one very good weapon to use is super cheap lawbringer runeword. It also adds some cold und magic damage, but the main thing is the decrepify curse. It costs a LEM, totally viable (though not guaranteed) in a solo selffound run. For safety reasons you could even charge level 1 cobra strike. 50% LL of about 2k physical damage is a lot, even with resistances and leech reduction in hell mode.
Plus, this build is super fun to play, because you have to time your attacks, get monsters to group together, target a monster that is not PI, but you can than kill PIs nearby with your 15k fire damage. It's a lot of fun!
ActMerc: @SweetPhil each point in in Fade adds 1% damage reduction. Level 42 fade = 42% damage reduction. Add enigma and you hit the 50% cap.

SuperZakaru: Fade is because the damage and utility you gain by being able to use different gear pieces but still be able to survive, is just too good. Especially on hardcore, where you want to be overcapped for those conviction packs or when you get lower res'd never mind if you are in the chaos and get lower res'd and run into conviction, that would be instant -100 with no fade.
TastySouP-ic7kq: I'm sorry for always butting in with my opinions on your vids, but Tiger Tail is one of my fav specs and I wanted to share some insight:

Strength double dips as both an attribute bonus damage, that combines with Tiger Strike, and flat damage that combines with your boots to increase your kick base damage. You are missing out on an absolutely insane amount of Damage by having such low Strength. You could easily double, if not triple, your damage by dropping vitality for more strength, and with enough strength, your boot choice becomes negligible. This can be essentially to maintaining good dps, when starting to get into higher player counts and when encountering monsters with high phys and or fire resists

The enhanced damage on fortitude isn't that important either; its far to diluted by Tiger Strike, and Enigma also has 2 all skills, which is essentially 160% damage. I like fortitude conceptually more than Enigma, but Enigma is definitely a lot better for this spec. It also helps keep the Reapers Toll merc more active and fighting the monster you want. Also as others mentioned, you should put 1 point into Cobra Strike for some really good sustain.

Other than those two gripes, I think you made pretty decent Tiger Tail spec; long live anti-mosaic builds! c[~] cheers!
erick3755: So I have found that rather than kicking 3 times in a row it is more effective to always keep three charges up. Tiger strike on left click and dragon tail on right and just left click right click over and over.

daddls6914: I play offline, and there, all runes above gul are not available, also no Soj and BK Ring, no anni. So many options are blocked. These things never dropp, and no trade, so no buyable. No call of arms, no infinitiy, no enigma, also no fortitude available.
Till ist-rune we can farm the countess, so two ist-runes gave a gul, but above, its simple not available.

Dawnarow: Yet you can just use mosaic claws and make it better regardless of your skills. What we all complain about is that
the uptime should be moved to 20 hardpoints into the skill, make it less Sunshiny... if we wanted to go outside, we'd just go outside and make the damage lower by a huge chunk so that pvp doesn't reek of this crap.
Frankly, idm as it is... but mosaic> every other build for pvm. No questions asked. It's 5000x stronger than non-mosaic sorry phil.

jasonmcewen7055: The developers did a ton of work making the kicksin viable and it's cool seeing folks recognize what they did. Originally, the devs intended to have mosaic to have 25% chance to not consume a charge, a hefty boost to damage and in line with the value of a GUL rune. However, a popular streamer at the time pressured them into changing it to 50%, complaining daily on their twitch stream about it and getting his entire audience into an uproar about it. The developers caved just before the update that released the runeword. Funny enough, that exact streamer made a video on youtube the day after it was released talking about how stupidly overpowered it was and asked what were the dev's thinking.
