Christoff070: I would add the current listings and even historical listings of trade values for an item you look, especially if its gigachad item, aren't always accurate. People can overvalue or undervalue such items immensely. And of course value can go up or down depending on how far along in the season you are, and how popular certain builds are, etc. I've also seen items overinflated massively - last season Wisp projector started at around 2-2.5HR and climbed up to 5HR rough average cost from what I saw, even for unslammed ones.

So people can artifically inflate the value of something and you believe its worth that much and you either: pay too much if buying, or never sell it because you listed it too high. Of course maybe people still would be willing to buy wisp at 5HR but if you've played enough seasons of pd2 you know that is a huge rip-off.

Basically - dont assume all items you search for the value of, will be infallible
