MrErizid: The first and only HR I've found is a Zod. It dropped from a soul killer guest mob in Hell Nihlithak's temple. I stupidly made a Eth Zerker axe BOTD. I have not yet found Cham through Sur. I don't have a ton of hours yet, though.
