Stop Farming These Diablo 2 Bosses...

drdumpenstein4868: Only seconds in, but Duriel not being patched is kind of insane to me. I have gotten Arachnids Mesh from Duriel on nonladder, but the amount of TP scrolls I've gotten from Duriel is downright nuts.

I've literally gotten a duriel drop of 6 TP scrolls. Nothing else. 6 bleeping town portal scrolls.

I don't expect or even want a loot pinata but what? Even with Zero MF, there should at least be a guaranteed 1 Item magic drop from killing an Act Boss. ALL TP SCROLLS? Insane, but I have had it happen.

acerik6003: Good video. I agree about baal especially the bad drops being discouraging to continue doing runs. I like watching drop highlight videos. Personally, I've been running in public all acts tz96 games for sunders/mfing/lvling/chronicle. Have seen up to a ber rune and gg drops like -15 fire mangs. Maybe you could do drop highlights from x hours in games like that.

Cy_Jex: Nightmare Duriel dropped the Hone Sundan for my Sorceress last week. She didn't need it, so it went to the Paladin's merc, and so Duriel's drops are canonically horrible, and even a broken clock is right twice a day.
mikemurray4788: I farm ba'al mostly for his essence for respeccing. Occasionly he drops something good. Found my only windforce there.

Stell-u7v: I like baal and diablo because they are good exp and have potential for runes and other drops. Mephisto and andariel are good only if you can't do diablo or baal fast imo. That said, I will definitely camp them for 30 minutes during a natural TZ.

alenb3158: I think if you take into account non terror zone boss kills Meph can drop a lot of stuff Andy can’t. Like Maras and Arach. Non TZ Baal and also drop every item in the game unlike the other bosses it just takes forever to get to him.
frankypreglo1167: you can hork baals minions if you leave one alive before baal resets the corpses and they can drop sunders. Baal and Andy can drop sunders outside of tz
siphirath84: For those that didn't transfer every char to WotW, I kept a sorc to farm bugged Andy and then just make a mule to transfer. Makes the farm better for the time spent.

frankypreglo1167: Duriel may be bad but i think each tals tomb counts as its own unique lvl for tz zones. So killing 50% of enemies in one tomb can trigger a herald. All of catacombs for example counts as one so youd need to kill 50% of all 4 lvls to trigger a herald.
Boref_Kalesto: In "Classic" Diablo 2 Lod The waves from Baal was the way to power LvL even skipping the boss himself, cause killing him would cost so much xp per hour.
owieswick: I have no hate for Duriel, he helps me get back home with tp scrolls plus dropped my first offline sunder! The drops could be more helpful from Duriel!
