They’re only boosting your (severely overkill) cold mastery which is already nerfed severely against sundered enemies. This would significantly boost your single target damage against bosses where your AR is going to get checked HARD, so every hit you actually land is going to hurt that much more. volkiw271: What I did with my bowa was to have a very fast hustle-bow in switch to proc the 'burst of speed' every 2 minutes. To me it wasnt that annoying to do that because the proc came quite fast usually, especially by using strafe. The burst of speed allows you to use stuff as CoA, atmas or razortail and not to worry about ias so much.
